Following inquiries from some IAUN participants regarding the papers accepted for the AICIHSD 2025 conference in Najaf, Iraq, please be informed that all IAUN colleagues and students whose papers have been accepted as posters will be awarded the credit and score equivalent to an oral presentation.  

The "poster" status was announced merely to avoid any misunderstanding concerning the requirement for an in-person oral presentation in Najaf. 

In the Name of God Dear Conference Secretariat, Greetings and respect, I, Somayeh Salehi, the corresponding author of the paper entitled: "Bibliometric Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Smart Cities with an Emphasis on Resource Management and Sustainability", would like to sincerely thank the scientific and executive committees of the conference for their valuable efforts. Given the high scientific quality of the aforementioned paper—developed through bibliometric methodologies and written in accordance with the standards of peer-reviewed academic journals—the decision to categorize it as a poster presentation was somewhat unexpected. While I fully respect the rigorous review process and the volume of submissions received, I humbly believe that, considering the novelty of the topic, the data-driven analytical approach, and the practical implications of the findings, this paper genuinely merits *oral presentation status* and could be recognized among the outstanding and selected papers of the conference. In the Name of God Dear Conference Secretariat,   Greetings and respect,   I am Reyhaneh Bidram, the author of the paper entitled:   "Bibliometric Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Smart Cities with an Emphasis on Resource Management and Sustainability." I would like to sincerely thank the esteemed scientific and executive committees for their invaluable efforts in organizing this prestigious academic event.   It is an honor that our paper has been accepted. However, I was somewhat surprised to learn that it has been assigned to the poster presentation category. This paper has been developed with a high level of scientific accuracy and analytical depth, utilizing advanced bibliometric methodologies.
