How will the papers be presented?
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual). A notice regarding how to present papers will be issued later.
How many papers can a corresponding author submit?
A maximum of 3 papers.
How many papers can an author be the main author or co-author of?
A maximum of 5 papers.
Where will the papers be indexed?
All papers will be indexed in ISC and CIVILICA.
What is the condition for IEEE indexing of a paper?
The papers must be written in English and submitted according to the template available on the website. Persian papers will not be indexed in IEEE but will be indexed in ISC.
Are the costs the same for Persian and English papers?
Yes, the cost for both English and Persian papers is the same.
Do English papers also have a page limit?
Yes. English papers must be a maximum of 6 pages, and Persian papers must also be a maximum of 6 pages.
Will the certificates for papers presented orally be different from those for poster presentations if accepted?
No, the certificates for both types of presentations are the same.
Is early review of papers (before the results are announced) possible?
No, the review results will be announced after the final session of the review committee on the date specified in the system.

No, you do not need to submit a paper to attend the conference. You can participate in workshops and lectures as well.
