The Impact of Intelligent Automation on Organizational Value Creation

چکیده :

Artificial intelligence (AI) helps organizations reshape structures to create more value through intelligent automation. This paper proposes the AI-Value Nexus Model, which combines data-driven layers with ethical feedback mechanisms to measure ROI improvements. It differs from prior frameworks by using a dynamic parametric equation with machine learning accuracy, organizational agility, and innovation metrics. The model is validated through sensitivity analysis on synthesized datasets from five diverse firms, including an Iranian enterprise. Findings show 25-45% value enhancements post-AI integration (based on simulation results; intended for conceptual validation only), with data quality as the main influencer. Case studies from global and regional sectors show practical implications, with in-depth discussion on learning cycles, strategic integration, and ethical considerations. Customized for emerging economies like Iran, this study provides practical recommendations for sustainable wealth management under geopolitical challenges.
