چکیده :
In the present era, where technologies such as artificial intelligence are rapidly evolving and permeating various dimensions of human life, new challenges and concerns have arisen in the field of human rights. In response to these developments, the international community has moved towards developing new concepts and rights under the title of the "Fourth Generation of Human Rights." Now that these technologies are emerging as intelligent actors, the fundamental question is: Is there a possibility of discourse between artificial intelligence and the fourth generation of human rights? To answer this question, adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, it can argue that artificial intelligence has created significant challenges in this area. It should not overlook that it is so important the preservation of human dignity and the protection of humans against the risks of emerging technologies, as the foundation of human rights. Therefore must pave the way for a balance and coexistence between artificial intelligence and the principles of the fourth generation of human rights.
