Important Announcement: Virtual Holding of the 6th International Conference on Electrical Energy Consumption Optimization
Dear researchers and esteemed authors
We would like to inform you that the 6th International Conference on Electrical Energy Consumption Optimization, which was originally scheduled to be held on February 26-27, 2025, at Najafabad Islamic Azad University, will now be conducted entirely online. This decision has been made due to the forecast of an intense cold wave, a significant drop in temperature across the country, meteorological warnings, crisis management directives from Isfahan Province, and the potential closure of universities and administrative offices.
Additionally, half of the authors of accepted papers had requested virtual presentations, and this decision aims to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted organization of the conference for all participants.
Updated Conference Schedule
All presentation sessions, workshops, and related links will be published on the conference website by Sunday, February 24, 2025, at the latest.
Submission Guidelines for Presentation Files
All authors are kindly requested to submit their PowerPoint presentations and presentation videos no later than 12:00 AM on Monday, February 25, 2025, via email to:

File Submission Requirements
✅ Oral Presentations: Submit a 10 to 12-minute video along with the PowerPoint presentation.
✅ Poster Presentations: Submit the PowerPoint file of the poster along with a 5-minute video explaining the poster content.
Guidelines for Recording Video in PowerPoint
To record audio in PowerPoint, follow these steps:
- Go to Insert > Audio > Record Audio on each slide.
- Save your PowerPoint presentation as an MPEG4-Video using the Save As option.
- To reduce file size, we recommend compressing the video before submission. You can use the free software Handbrake to reduce video size.
