📢 Extended Deadline for Submitting Final IEEE PDF eXpress Version
In response to repeated requests and communications with the conference secretariat, the deadline for preparing and submitting the final version of accepted English papers in IEEE PDF eXpress format has been extended until end of day Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
⚠️ Please note that this deadline will not be extended again under any circumstances. Failure to submit the final version of the paper within the specified time frame will result in the paper being removed from the indexing process and submission to IEEE Xplore. The full responsibility for this lies with the authors.
The conference secretariat has always made every effort to support the authors throughout this process. However, it is also essential for authors to cooperate by submitting their files on time to ensure the schedule is maintained and the rights of other participants are respected.
🔺 This announcement is only applicable to accepted and presented English papers and does not apply to Persian papers. Submitting an English version for accepted Persian papers is considered a violation and will result in exclusion from the indexing process.
